Cover has cold print of SA NSDAP. Back is well marked with maker and dated 1939 as well as having the letters ‘SR’ which means Sanitat Recht, indicating the wearer was a qualified medic and the pouch is the right side. Content paper tag is gone to time. Show moderate wear but no damage. Rare.
